Extremely efficient serie of kettles with induction, which provides a very efficient heating. The kettles can be heated from 20 – 200°C and reach 200°C in 90 seconds. The digital control panel, standard on the kettles, makes it possible to control the heat accurately with 1 ° C precision. Therefore, these kettles can be used for cooking such as sous vide, boiling, poaching, frying or to keep food warm. With the digital control panel, you can also make gentle heating by controlling which power the kettle should heat with. Use low temperatures and low power for gentle cooking when making milk sauces, or with high power and high temperatures when frying ingredients. This serie of kettles is with agitator and a tilting height of 400 mm.

Easy to clean

Clean the kettle on the easy-to-clean surfaces and enjoy the fact that many of the moving parts are encapsulated for better hygiene!
